Our names are Judith and Paolo; she is from Puerto Rico, he is from Italy.
We met in Florida where we resided for years before coming to this beautiful country. Putting together our completely different skills, today we are proud to say that in 2 years, through hard work, we have gained the professional trust of home owners around Playa Hermosa, who request our recognized managements skills to rent and take care of their homes.
Combined we speak 5 languages: English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Judith gets by with a little French as well.

We are the right team to assist with the best vacation plans for you and your family. We specialize in the pacific coast but will happily help you plan tours to the carribean side.

Most of our houses are steps from the Ocean, the ones that are not are located within 10 minutes from the beach.
Some houses can fit up to 8 people.
All our Houses and Bungalows have first class decorations with a simple tropical style.

Of course they come completely equipped with full kitchens, ACs, international cable TV, Internet connection and wireless internet access in some cases.
Even if we can provide that service to you before your arrival, food and drinks are not included.

Do you want somebody to cook for at your house sometimes? No problem, we will provide that as well to you, like local cuisine, contemporary and even sushi “all you can eat” by an original Japanese sushi-chef living locally for a moderate affordable price.

This is also applied to a request of a Latin musician or a Mariachi group for few hours or the entire evening to entertain you and your party.

We can also arrange transportations for our clients, Picks Ups at the Airports and/or Rent a car with the CHEAPEST and most RELIABLE companies.
